SHS and JHS students in Cape Coast are now among the best gamblers at betting shops - Orkoto Perry Reveals

The musician at the center of the viral whipping incident in Cape Coast has made some damning accusations against some Senior High School students in the city.

Students from a well-known SHS and JHS were gambling at a game center around 1 o'clock in the morning, according to George Perry Atta Mensah, also known as Orkortor Perry.

Orkortor Perry, who is trending on social media for whipping a young boy, spoke with Amansan Krakye on Cape Coast-based Kastle FM about indiscipline among the youth.

"Before the SHS students went on vacation, we went to find out where some students were going to gamble at odd hours," he explained.

Then they walk back to school around 2 or 3 a.m. along Bakaano's beach, and I ask myself what the school authorities are doing to prevent such acts," he added.

"So if you're a parent in Accra or Kumasi with a child in one of Cape Coast's big schools, you're doing yourself a great disservice," he fumed.
