Alan is a New Face, New Hope, and Propaganda Proof — Lecturer Asserts Ahead of the 2024 Election

Dr. Etse Sika Anku, a senior lecturer at the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) who also serves as the Director of the Directorate for Research, Innovations, and Development (DRID), has stated that the NDC's propaganda machine cannot harm Alan Kyerematen as much as it can harm Dr. Bawumia.

The researcher described the 2024 General Election as a change election rather than a referendum, noting that Hon Alan Kyerematen, Minister of Trade and Industry, is a clean candidate who can make a difference for the NPP and beat the NDC's propaganda. He went on to call Alan "propaganda proof."

Despite the fact that Hon Alan Kyerematen, Minister of Trade and Industry, has not declared his intention to run for the flagbearership, the astute lawyer is widely expected to succeed President Akufo Addo in leading the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to victory in the much-anticipated 2024 General Election.

According to him, presenting Alan Kyerematen as an NPP candidate for 2024 will be able to get the numbers to turn out and vote, giving the Elephant fraternity a fresh hope of enjoying new leadership.

Dr. Etse Sika Anku made this claim on Ghana's main socio-political show, Good Evening Ghana.

Due to unfulfilled promises, apparent deception, and his predilection for cooking data for public consumption, political analysts and experts have already shifted the pendulum away from Ghana's Vice President.

Experts have dubbed the Elephant family's upcoming internal elections as the most contested in Ghana's 65-year post-independence era.
