Abesim, a serial killer, begs for forgiveness and asks the judge to let him train and play for the Black Stars in the World Cup.

Richard Appiah, the man suspected of being the Abesim serial killer, appeared in court today to answer questions as part of an ongoing investigation into the murder of some children in the Abesim municipality.

While in court, the suspect, who had never spoken before, according to Angel FM's report, requested the opportunity to speak about anything and was granted by the judge, Her Ladyship Ama Adomako.

As the 2022 World Cup in Qatar approaches, he appealed for forgiveness and the freedom to train with the Ghana Black Stars.

He told the presiding Judge, Her Ladyship Ama Adomako, that he is an excellent footballer and that he wanted to be free to play football, but the prosecutor has repeatedly denied his plea.

Richard Appiah claims that he has been begging to be given the opportunity to train since his detention, but none of his requests have been granted.

He pleaded with the judge to meet with the prosecutor and enable him to train.

Richard Appiah has stated that he wants to train at the El Wak Stadium and that he would be ready to play for the Ghana Black Stars in a few weeks.
