A generous Ghanaian entrepreneur constructs a 30-bed hostel for his employees that includes free electricity.

Selorm Betepe, the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Seloart, is a generous Ghanaian businessman who has supplied his staff with a fully-furnished 30-bed workers hostel with free power.

The yet-to-be-commissioned house gives free water to the establishment's field workers and factory workers, in addition to power.

Selorm announced that his plan will help workers save money on transportation.

"The goal of the effort is to lower worker transportation costs. Every worker's worst nightmare is transportation. "It's only a five-minute walk to the factory," he wrote on Facebook.

Furthermore, it will relieve them of all tension, as some team members commute about four to five hours to work each day, hurting productivity, he explained.

Betepe stated that the building is nearing completion in preparation for commissioning at the end of the month.

Hon. Kwaku Citizen, a Twitter inflieceer, reshared this and said:

"Ghanaian CEO Se Lorm of Seloart Group is building a fully furnished 30-bed hostel for his employees as a gift to them." The purpose of this effort, he says, is to reduce transportation costs, stress, and long commuting hours for his employees."

His thoughtful deed was greatly praised on social media, and some of the responses are listed below:

"God bless you, Senior; I'm learning from you, and it's my wish that Bennyville Ventures may prosper and provide for his employees."

According to Nana Kwame Duah Twumasi,

"May God reward you for making good use of the brain he gave you."

According to Samuel Buabeng,

"Wow, looks like a great flat surrounding Pokuase."

Felix Gyambrah commented:

"Way to go, my man." No, Shelenpele Edey, be little and come to happen for that side."

Doreen Adofo commented:

"Beautiful, Sir, and may God bless you and replenish you for your thoughtfulness."
