Soldier beats 16-year-old boy to d.eath for keeping his hair, and his family demands Justice.

A soldier is accused of flogging a youngster to death, and the teen's family is outraged. 

According to reports, an unidentified soldier whipped a pupil at Enugu's Command Secondary School to death for allegedly maintaining his hair. 

According to an internet source, the youngster, Eneh Chinemerem, was struck on the head because he didn't get a haircut before school. 

The boy's head began to swell days after his punishment, prompting his parents to transfer him from one hospital to another until his sad death. 

Eneh Nididiamaka, the deceased's mother, announced the news on Facebook as she mourned and disclosed the circumstances surrounding her child's death.
