Attorney Justin Frimpong Kodua was born in Ghana's Ashanti region on November 14, 1982. He was a student at Kumasi's Opoku Ware School (OWASS). 

His next stop was Hackney Community College in London, United Kingdom, where he graduated with a City and Guilds Certificate in Information Communication Technology. 

After finishing his studies overseas in 2002, he moved to Ghana and enrolled at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) to study land economy. 

After being accepted into the Ghana School of Law, he continued to study law at the same institution until being called to the bar. 

JFK is a Barrister of Law and an LLB graduate of the Ghana School of Law and the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. 

The same university is where Justin Frimpong Kodua earned his Bachelor of Science in Land Economy. 

Additionally, attorney Justin Frimpong Kodua is a graduate of the Institute of Commercial Management in Bournemouth, United Kingdom, with a diploma in financial management. Young and intelligent attorney Justin Kodua Frimpong is a member of the Ghana Bar Association. 

HE Nana Addo Dankwa nominated attorney Justin Frimpong Kodua (JFK) as the Youth Employment Agency's (YEA) current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in February 2017 to spearhead efforts to combat Ghana's crippling youth unemployment problem. 

He served as the New Patriotic Party's Ashanti Regional Youth Organizer prior to being named the YEA CEO (NPP). 

He practiced law at Adomako Kwakye Law Consult prior to his current position as the Chief Executive Officer of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA), working closely with the Senior Partner to handle a wide range of cases, including corporate litigation, arbitration, and land matters. 

He collaborated with other knowledgeable colleagues as a Junior Associate to conduct research, draft legal memoranda and letters, and manage court cases. 

He had been employed by Jo-Mint & Associates earlier in 2008 as a National Service Person in charge of managing safety risks and keeping track of the development of construction projects. 

He was once employed at Supersport Limited in the United Kingdom, and with the knowledge he gained there, he played a significant role in the planning of CAN 2008, which was held in Ghana. 

He offered the Local Organizing Committee of CAN 2008 administrative assistance as a member of the Committee. 

In addition, he handled all of the Committee's correspondence with its partners and other stakeholders, both inbound and outgoing.
