Grantham Coleman was just cast as Unique's brother for Season 3 of "Power Book III: Raising Kanan."

In Power Book III: Raising Kanan, Mekai Curtis tells the story of Kanan Stark as a teen. Kanan's view of the world has been shaped by his drug lord mother, Raquel "Raq" Thomas (Patina Miller). But she has done a lot of wrong things with her business and her family.

Unique (Joey Bada$$), a rival drug dealer, is one of Raq's only friends right now. But in Season 3, their shaky relationship could come to an end. Ronnie, who is Unique's brother and is currently in jail, will soon be let out. Starz just said that they have hired Grantham Coleman from The Americans to take over the role.

Unique and Raq could start a relationship in Season 3 of "Power Book III: Raising Kanan."

Even though Unique and Raq used to be rivals, they are now on the same side. In fact, Unique told Raq in the Season 2 finale that he liked her and was interested in dating her. As Raq starts to rebuild her business, she and the drug dealer might be able to do more together.

Sascha Penn, the creator and showrunner of Raising Kanan, told Variety, "She doesn't have a lot of people she can talk to." "Unique does that in a way that some of these other characters can't," she said. He said that things could get a little romantic between the two of them in Season 3.

Penn said, "I wouldn't rule it out." "You know, since who else knows? In the end, Unique kind of gets close to Raq. It does feel romantic, but I think the question is whether or not you feel the same way."

Unique's older brother Ronnie will be played by Grantham Coleman.

Even if the two don't get together romantically, they will still have problems. Even more so now that Ronnie, Unique's older brother, is about to come back into the picture. Deadline says that Grantham Coleman will play the role of the gangster who just got out of jail.

The description of the character says, "Ronnie's calm appearance hides a shocking ruthlessness. Ronnie isn't bad because he has no morals; he's bad because he's amoral, heartless, stubborn, and vengeful."

Since Unique took over Ronnie's business, the brothers are almost certain to fight.

In "Power Book III: Raising Kanan," Ronnie could cause a lot of trouble.

In Season 1, Raq told Unique that he was nothing like Ronnie during a meeting. From what fans knew, Ronnie had been in prison upstate for life. So, no one will be waiting for him to get out.

It looks like he was let go because of a small mistake. Also, there is a theory that Ronnie could be Breeze, the man who eventually joins forces with Kanan, and the two of them start their own group.

James "Ghost" St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick) and Tommy Egan are taught by the men as a group (Joseph Sikora). But in the end, Ghost kills Breeze and sends Kanan to jail.
