Power Book II: Ghost signs a Good Fight star for season 3

In the same way that the Power universe keeps growing, so does its cast. This time, Power Book II: Ghost season three has brought on a new member.

Even though Ghost's second season just started a couple of months ago, the Power spin-off is already planning out what will happen in season three, and fans can expect to see Keesha Sharp when it does.

Sharp, who has been in TV shows like The Good Fight and Lethal Weapon, will play Professor Harper Bonet in Ghost, according to Deadline. Sharp has been in shows like The Good Fight and Lethal Weapon.

Sharp will join the show as "a progressive intellectual and boho beauty" who will work with Michael Rainey Jr. and Mary J. Blige. So, that's quite a package.

Ghost's third season will add a new member to the Power family and also change how things look behind the scenes.

Back in December, it was announced that Courtney Kemp, who created the show Power, would not be running the show for the last few episodes.

Kemp will still be a producer for Ghost, but as she works on other projects for Netflix, she will be more of a consultant, like Shonda Rhimes.

Brett Mahoney, who has worked on Empire and The Following, has agreed to be the new showrunner for Power Book II: Ghost. Ghost's second season also had an episode written by Mahoney, so the show is in good hands.

Power Book: You can watch the second season of Ghost on Starzplay. In the US, Power Book III: Raising Kanan aired on Starz, and in the UK, both shows are available to stream on Starzplay, which is part of Amazon Prime Video.
