Cane and Effie Might Form an Alliance in Season 3 of "Power Book II: Ghost"

Tariq has had to rely on his pals, Effie Morales and Brayden Weston (Gianni Paolo), in order to make ends meet while attending college (Alix Lapri).

Additionally, Tariq has become involved with the Tejada family, which has caused him to disagree with the oldest son, Cane (Woody McClain). Fans now think Cane and Effie are destined to create an alliance amid numerous secrets and lies in the drama series' second season. In Season 3 of "Power Book II: Ghost," Effie's history will be made known.

Effie was first presented to Power Universe viewers in the original series, but there are still many unanswered questions regarding the Yale college student.

She obviously has a very high IQ, sells drugs to support herself, and comes from a very hard-working family. Ghost Season 3 will, according to Power Universe creator Courtney Kemp, reveal much more about Effie's backstory to viewers. "Effie's mother is in disarray. Kemp said in a 2020 Instagram Live, "But I'll tell you about that later. And as regular serial readers will recall, Effie's brother passed away. Do not forget that he was slain. Season 3 might see Cane and Effie forming an alliance.

Even while we don't know a lot about Effie, we do know that she and Cane share a lot of similarities. Although Effie isn't as as volatile as Cane, they both have an understanding of the drug trade.

Effie is currently content to be a part of Tariq's close-knit group. He'll probably learn the truth about her involvement in Lauren's death, though. Tariq will probably harm her or push her away as a result. It's probable that she will approach Cane if that occurs.

The Tejada family as a whole, including Tariq, stand to lose greatly if these two decide to team up.

In season three of "Power Book II: Ghost," Cane will have a significant part.

Cane is anticipated to play a significant role in the upcoming season of Power Book II: Ghost, in addition to the alliance he is likely to make with Effie and potentially Brayden given that the three of them are keeping Tariq's knowledge of Lauren's death a secret.

Cane is actually the most entertaining character on Power right now; the man is just too funny. and making stupid judgments while constantly anticipating Tariq's next move, which is hilarious," one Redditor remarked.

"I'm hoping he makes it through season 6 and gets a spin-off show soon. To me, Cane fills the roles that Kanan and Tommy played. He is without a doubt my fave. At the conclusion of Season 2, Kemp even made a hint about Tariq and Cane teaming together. But it's unlikely that this will be a real link. Tariq would probably be used by Cane for his personal gain.
